PODERM® Cracks and Calluses treatment works to repair cracks in 7 days and encourage tissue regeneration. It consists of two elements that work in synergy: 1 ultra-concentrated serum and 1 pair of gel socks.

PODERM® Cracks and Calluses repairs cracks and smoothes calluses and roughness on the skin of the feet, softening them and restoring the skin's suppleness and elasticity. It is specifically formulated to work on extremely thickened skin with calluses and hardened skin that has cracked, creating cracks and fissures. The gel socks should be worn when resting to maximise the serum's action. They protect against the natural evaporation of the serum in contact with the air, which limits the loss of the product and maximises its effectiveness.

What's more, unlike cotton socks, gel socks do not absorb the serum. PODERM® washable and reusable socks are covered on the inside (in direct contact with the skin of the foot) with a protective gel enriched with jojoba oil.

PODERM® Intensive Night Care for Cracks and Calluses is a unique patented combination of PODERM® Cracks and Calluses Serum and a pair of PODERM® Repair Gel Socks. While you sleep, this treatment relieves discomfort caused by contact with cracks, softens calluses and closes cracks.

How does Intensive Care for Cracks and Calluses work? How is it different from other products?

PODERM® Crevices and Calluses Serum contains 0% water, unlike traditional balms or creams, which are mainly composed of water. Moisture encourages the development of fungi, so the absence of water in PODERM® serums creates a healthy environment for foot skin. Made exclusively from vegetable oils, essential oils and plant extracts, the serum is entirely natural and contains only active ingredients. Ultra-concentrated, a small amount of serum is enough to cover a large area.

How do PODERM® Repair Gel Socks work?

Repair Gel Socks maximise the effectiveness of the Serum by keeping it in direct contact with cracked or fissured skin on the heel, while reducing evaporation and absorption (unlike cotton socks). They also protect damaged and painful skin by limiting rubbing and absorbing shocks. It is recommended not to walk or stand with PODERM® Repair Gel socks on, to avoid the risk of falls and premature wear.

How long should I use PODERM® Intensive Night Care for Cracks and Calluses?

This treatment should be used every evening until cracks and fissures are completely repaired. As a preventive measure, you can apply the Serum to dry areas at risk of developing cracks and calluses.

What is the difference between a crack and a chap?

A crack is a fissure in the skin, located on the hand or foot, which can be caused by the cold, manual work, the use of stripping products, or the presence of eczema. Chapped skin is a crack caused exclusively by the cold. The signs are similar: cracks and fissures.

Is Cracks and Calluses Serum greasy and sticky?

No, this serum is a blend of fast-absorbing, penetrating oils that leave the skin feeling silky-smooth without feeling greasy. Composed mainly of lipid-rich oils naturally present in the skin's hydrolipidic film, it forms a protective shield over this film, which is often damaged by calluses and cracks.

Can a pair of PODERM® Repair Gel Socks be reused?
