PODERM® Cuticle Emollient is a 2-in-1 treatment that intensely exfoliates and moisturises, making it easier to remove dry cuticles for a flawless finish. It's the treatment that transforms your manicure for a professional result at home. Used before applying nail varnish, it completes the routine by improving hold and adhesion. 

Our formula, concentrated in 96.5% ingredients of natural origin, has been designed to preserve the health and suppleness of cuticles by incorporating glycerine and aloe vera, which intensely moisturise and prevent the nail surround from drying out.

Enriched with potassium hydroxide, this high-pH alkaline agent helps to eliminate dry cuticles in just 30 seconds after application.

To prepare the nail before a manicure, PODERM® Cuticle Emollient Gel can be used in conjunction with the Color Care PODERM® and Color Strong PODERM® nail polish ranges and PODERM® Extra Gentle Nail Polish Remover (acetone-free).

What is a cuticle?

The cuticle is a thin layer of skin that surrounds the nail and covers the matrix. It acts as a natural barrier against external aggressions and promotes sealing, providing protection against germs, bacteria, and potential infections.

How to properly soften the cuticles?

Apply our Cuticle Emollient to soften and hydrate the cuticles before pushing them back with a stick. For even greater effectiveness, soak your fingers in a bowl of warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.

How to use a cuticle emollient?

Apply the emollient directly to the cuticles and leave it on for 30 seconds. Use a stick to gently push back the softened skin, then rinse and nourish with our PODERM® Brittle, Striated Nails Serum.

How to reduce the amount of cuticles on your nails?
