Plantar pain

Plantar pain

Plantar pain is a common condition that can affect quality of life by making every step painful. Among the most common causes are plantar fascicitis or aponeurosis, inflammations of the connective tissue that links the heel to the toes.

Pain is felt in the heel and arch of the foot, especially after a period of rest or when waking up in the morning with a feeling of ‘morning sickness’. Orthopaedic insoles, combined with strengthening exercises, can significantly reduce the pain.
