Patellar syndrome

Patellar syndrome

Patellar syndrome is characterised by pain in the front of the knee, often caused by misalignment of the patella. This pain occurs mainly during activities such as climbing stairs (repeated extension), squatting or running.nFor most patellar pathologies, we design stabilising orthopaedic insoles. These insoles help to correct inadequate movements and contribute to reducing pain.

OUR ADVICE

In addition to orthopaedic insoles, strengthening and stretching exercises can stabilise the joint and help prevent recurrence.
